GENERAL TRAINING CONTENT :

  • Precise fine machining and state-of-the-art measuring technology (laser, optics) up to the highest level of accuracy
  • Dealing with the latest production control systems
  • Training integrated into the production process, thus practical relevance
  • Manufacturing components by milling, turning, drilling and grinding on manual computer-controlled machine tools
  • Programming numerically controlled devices and machines
  • Quality management
  • Dealing with different measuring tools
  • Setting up and testing hydraulic, pneumatic and electro-pneumatic controls
  • Assembly and commissioning as well as maintenance of control systems
  • Planning and controlling work processes, checking and assessing work results
  • External basic training courses
