Your Responsibilities | Law – Legal – Lawyer – Law Firm – Avocat – B&F – Banking and Finance

• You are in charge of offering your clients legal advice on a wide variety of matters relating to banking transactions, business ventures and regulatory issues.
• You are responsible for drafting and reviewing legal documents, contracts and opinions.
• Conducting legal research and staying up to date with regards to any legal developments in your field allows you to adequately assist your clients.
• As an experienced Associate, you will also be involved in mentoring junior associates in case they have questions or doubts.
