Tasks

  • Design develop and maintain highquality scalable software across our entire stack
  • Collaborate closely with founders and team members to define and implement new features
  • Contribute to architectural decisions and help establish best practices
  • Support the growth of junior developers and foster a culture of engineering excellence
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure code quality
  • Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies

Requirements

  • MustHave :
  • 5 years of professional software development experience
  • Strong proficiency in Python with a focus on backend development
  • Expertlevel knowledge of React and modern frontend development practices
  • Proven track record of building and deploying productionlevel applications
  • Experience with cloud providers and cloud native approaches particularly AWS
  • Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a small agile team
  • NicetoHave :
  • Experience with Pulumi or similar infrastructureascode tools
  • Familiarity with GitHub Actions or other CI / CD pipelines
  • Knowledge of financial technology or accounting software
  • Previous startup experience
  • Experience with AI / ML technologies particularly in large language models
