About your tasks :

  • Work closely with product & program managers data scientists and engineers to understand business needs and translate them into AI architecture & solutions.
  • Lead the design of AI systems and architectures ensuring they are scalable efficient and aligned with business objectives.
  • Develop and implement endtoend AI solutions from data collection and preprocessing to model deployment and continuous improvement.
  • Drive the development of generative AI solutions using commercially available LLM services to enhance our products and services.
  • Explore new AI technologies and algorithms and experiment with innovative approaches to enhance AI systems.
  • Lead the deployment of machine learning models in production environments using tools like Docker Kubernetes and cloud platforms (AWS GCP Azure).
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior AI engineers fostering a collaborative environment focused on innovation and best practices.

Qualifications : About you :

  • 5 years of experience in AI machine learning and AI system architecture with a proven track record of deploying ML & AI solutions in production environments.
  • Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow PyTorch Keras.
  • Expertise in building scalable and efficient AI architectures with experience in microservices for conversational AI and realtime applications.
  • Experience with containerization tools such as Docker Kubernetes and DevOps practices for CI / CD in AI systems.
  • Experience with model evaluation hyperparameter tuning and performance monitoring.
  • Handson experience with monitoring observability and performance tracking tools tailored for AI / ML applications to ensure reliability and performance.
