Role responsibilities :
- Lead protein purification and expression projects from conception to completion, applying state-of-the-art techniques and methodologies.
- Strong DNA constructs background is absolutely essential.
- Lead / mentor a team of scientists and technicians.
- Serve as a project leader for internal and external critical projects.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support drug discovery and development efforts.
Role requirements :
- MSc or PhD in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or related field with a minimum of 3 years of relevant industry experience.
- Proven expertise in protein production and purification techniques related to DNA activities.
- Customer-orientated background with experience leading critical external projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical challenges independently.
- Solution-orientated.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with a track record of successful collaboration in a multidisciplinary environment.
- Fluent English.
