Own Talent Acquisition for both Office and Retail roles across EuropeConduct initial and follow-up interviews with applicants via video call, telephone, or on-siteFor Office roles, manage all active sourcing measures, including identification, selection, and active approach of candidatesContribute to the European-wide store expansion strategy and meet high-volume hiring targets for the summer peak within the Retail functionManage and improve the whole Talent Acquisition process for your vacancies, ensuring an excellent candidate journeyEnsure reporting and analysis of the success of Talent Acquisition measuresBe a sparring partner and point of contact regarding Talent Acquisition for Hiring ManagersDrive Employer Branding and Communication related projectsYOUR EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES :
