Goal of Function :
Driving profitable growth and long-term competitiveness of the product stream through full P&L accountability end-to-end product lifecycle ownership and cross-functional leadership.
Your tasks :
- Full P&L responsibility including CAPEX investments manufacturing location make or buy etc. (cost budget and time)
- Innovate new products with improved performance and reduced cost across the VS in the ecosystem
- Decide on manufacturing procurement and supply chain strategies and goals for 5008 own procurement and manufacturing technology part of COP
- Full accountability for 5008 product KPIs (innovation product development quality and cost performance) for the 5008 products
- Provide markets with regular releases of updated / new product offerings within VS Machines according to BU Ecosystem and portfolio strategy (with agreed scope and at the right quality landed
- Executes the talent management agenda in his team and the teams below identifies future talents and supports promising individuals in advancing their career development.
Your profile :
University degree in a relevant field; postgraduate qualification (PhD MBA) preferred610 years of leadership experience in product and solution development ideally in MedTech (R&D Marketing or related functions)Proven success in driving growth innovation turnaround and cost optimization initiativesStrong record in delivering successful revenue-generating product developments aligned with customer needsComprehensive expertise in product life cycle management and hemodialysis products services and therapiesStrategic thinker with solid business insight and the ability to translate complex information into effective actionsExperienced in strategic planning product management and marketing executionRecognized for engaging leadership accountability and effective communication across diverse teamsHighly proficient in digital tools (MS Office SAP MindManager Veeva etc.)Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are an assetWillingness to travelRequired Experience :
