Salary : OTE depending on candidate's qualifications :
very attractive base salary + the same as a variable component
About the Role :
Our client is a pre-IPO, fast-paced, rapidly growing SaaS company based in Silicon Valley. They are looking for a highly qualified Senior Sales Executive looking to establish their company in Germany.
You would be the first person to build the German market. You will develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, build strong relationships with customers and partners, and maintain them continuously.
Responsibilities :
Close approved new deals with new prospective and existing clients within your
territory, driving new ARR for the company, on or beyond your annual quota
Build a strong pipeline of opportunities with a minimum of 3x your annual quota.
Consult on personalized marketing best practices across various marketing channels,
leveraging strategies and playbooks for each channel and each vertical.
Work collaboratively with the Client Experience, Partner Sales, and Solutions
Consulting teams during the pre-sales and post sales stages to ensure successful
sales outcomes leading to highly referenceable clients.
Build long-term, strategic C-level and other relevant relationships at key prospective
clients, learning their strategic initiatives and how solutions map to those
objectives.
Reporting complete all requested reports from management. Forecast pipeline
accurately, including but not limited to expected close date, projected deal size, status,
and projected deal probability. Direct report to Chief Revenue Officer
Work with the business development, marketing, partnership and senior
leadership teams to ensure you maximize your chances for a successful outcome.
Requirements :
10+ years of successful experience selling enterprise solutions to CEOs, CMOs, Head
of Product, and Directors of Marketing and Compliance to the financial industry.
4 year University degree or higher
Great connections with key decision makers in tier 1 banks, a MUST.
A high output person energetic, enthusiastic, persistent, and driven but capable of
fitting into a team
Track record of success in relevant target market
Has experience working with smaller Fintechs or mix of large and small.

Hands-on Attitude; Resolute and determined to succeed
Confident and articulate with excellent communications, interpersonal, and
presentation skills
Enthusiastic self-starter and determined; Flexible and adaptable as required to ensure success
Strong and capable negotiator
Intuitive regarding human behavior and motivators
Technical aptitude and / or background in technology
A consultative sales style, strong experience selling fintech solutions and the ability to
thrive in a fast-paced environment
Experience with strategic deal design
Experience introducing new products to market
Proven ability to sell collaboratively with multiple internal stakeholders and teams
Very good communication skills in German and English
