What You'll Do

• Lead origination and execution of M&A and debt advisory transactions .
• Drive sector coverage in your area of expertise (priority : Software / IT Services ).
• Build and manage client relationships, focusing on family-owned businesses , succession planning, and selective buyside mandates.
• Contribute to strategic growth initiatives, including team development and participation in small-cap investment opportunities .
