• SFSF PMGM (Mobility enablement, degree appraisal, Calibration matrix and People Card in SF, CPM) , CDP, Succession Planning, Employee central / Employee profile with IAS and integration center job knowledge, Story board reports
• Should have SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goal Management certification and experience of working in Mobility enablement, degree appraisal, Calibration matrix and People Card in SF, CPM , CDP, Succession Planning
• Minimum full life cycle SuccessFactors implementation
• Experience of Platforms , EC Service center, Employee central / Employee profile with IAS and integration center job knowledge
• Good to have certification in CDP and SP
• Good to have knowledge of calibration, CPM and degree feedback
