Global Partner Manager - Content Creators (m / f / x)

Einleitung

We are seeking a motivated and process-oriented Global Partner Manager - Content Creators (m / f / x) to support and grow our partnerships program. This role requires a proactive individual who can help optimize processes, identify inefficiencies, and assist in implementing strategies that improve automation, efficiency, and partner engagement. You will play a key role in acquiring, managing, and supporting Nitrado and Apex Hosting partners, working with agencies, and developing business relationships in the gaming industry.

The ideal candidate (m / f / x) is someone who takes initiative, seeks opportunities for improvement, and works well in a structured environment. You will collaborate with the Partnerships Lead to enhance workflows, ensure clear documentation, and drive better efficiency in partnership management.

Your mission

You assist in developing and maintaining a structured global partnerships strategy.

You identify and suggest improvements for inefficient workflows, outdated processes, and documentation gaps.

You build and maintain relationships with key partners, agencies, and industry stakeholders.

You support contract negotiations and ensure smooth communication with partners.

You help drive self-service partner sign-ups and optimize partner acquisition workflows.

You work closely with internal teams across marketing, product, and sales to align partnerships with business objectives.

You track and report on partner program performance, assisting in ongoing optimizations.

You support collaboration between marketing, partnerships, and sales teams.

Your profile

You have 1-2 years of experience in Partner Management, Business Development, or Account Management, preferably in a technology, SaaS, or gaming-related industry.

You have strong organizational and problem-solving skills with an ability to identify areas for improvement.

You are able to support process improvements and help implement new workflows.

You have some experience in partnerships, business development, or project coordination.

You have experience working in a fast-paced, global environment.

You have excellent communication and relationship management skills.

You speak English and German fluently (a must-have for engaging with key partners in the DACH region).

You are willing to travel up to 10%.
