Microsoft Dynamics Consultant
Contract length : 6 months initially (extensions available)

We seek a proficient consultant to drive the implementation, configuration, and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) and Power Platform solutions.
This role involves ensuring seamless data integration and consistent interfaces between Dynamics 365 and clients’ other systems.
You will collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs, offer customized solutions, and enhance business processes through Microsoft technologies.
Responsibilities
- Gather and assess functional and technical requirements from clients.
- Design, configure, and customize solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Ensure effective data integration and create reliable interfaces between Dynamics 365 and other systems (e.g., ERP, BI, marketing automation tools).
- Develop custom business applications utilizing Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Design and maintain workflows, forms, and dashboards to boost operational efficiency.
- Provide end-user training and post-deployment support.
- Stay updated on developments within the Microsoft ecosystem.
- Collaborate with internal teams and partners to uphold deliverable quality.
- Participate in solution testing and validation phases.
Desired Profile
- Education : Master’s degree in IT, business, or a related field.
- Experience : Proven experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Skills : Strong functional analysis and project management skills; ability to work well with technical teams and manage multiple projects;
adept at communicating technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Certifications : Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications required.
- Languages : Proficiency in English.
Technical Skills
- Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Service).
- Proficiency with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Familiarity with Azure and Dataverse.
- Knowledge of SQL, C#, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Experience with APIs and third-party integrations, including SSIS.
