Manager, Restructuring Advisory

At the moment Restructuring is going to be extremely important for many companies, our client (a leading strategy firm) is growing significantly within this space across the DACH region. This company works heavily with COOs and CROs at DAX30 companies to assist them during integral projects, usually leading to a company increasing in value or moving away from a position of distress.

They are actively looking for individuals who have already developed a good knowledge of Restructuring, potentially in Operational Restructuring or Financial Restructuring. Other skillset elements that would be advantageous are Insolvency, Independent Business Reviews, Liquidation and Destressed Company Turnaround. This firm like candidates with extensive experience of leading projects where the key stakeholder is at board level, as well as having experience of both strategic advisory and hands on delivery transformation work. This opportunity would suit someone who likes working on high profile and important projects and is interested in being hands on throughout their career (up to Partner level).
