Contract Manager (mfd) Data Centre Construction

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Extensive experience in Project Management on large-scale construction projects with a strong focus on FIDIC contracts and guidelines.
• Proven expertise in the administration and management of FIDIC contracts including hands-on experience with the Red Book Yellow Book and Silver Book.
• Demonstrated success in overseeing FIDIC contracts throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Solid understanding of data center infrastructure including design principles and construction methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities coupled with effective negotiation skills.
• Ability to interpret and apply contractual terms in alignment with FIDIC standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Relevant certifications in FIDIC contract management and project management are advantageous.
• Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus.
