We're looking for a Talent Acquisition / Recruiter with experience in recruiting of technicians in Germany.
The Talent Acquisition / Recruiter will be responsible for all aspects of the recruitment, interviewing and selection.
The Talent Acquisition / Recruiter ensures that candidates for employment meet the minimum qualifications needed for the continuation of a qualified and skilled workforce.
You'll be responsible for bringing in exceptional talent, through the execution and delivery of the end to end, full-cycle recruitment process for a wide range of roles.
You will dedicate time on sourcing and delivering a great candidate experience while determining innovative ways to attract and engage top talent as we continue to grow.
Responsibilities of the Contract Recruiter :
- Manages the recruitment and interviewing process.
- Contact passive candidates
- Interviews applicants as needed, and informs them of job duties and specifications
- Refers qualified applicants to departments for interview and final approval
- Generates progress reports
- Work in a fast-growing, constantly changing environment, where you will be viewed as a true partner to the business
- Responsible for the whole recruitment process, from candidate sourcing through to the offer stage
- Delivering great candidate experience throughout the process
- Share market insights and use analytics to track progress and influence recruiting processes and direction
- Search and headhunt for a wide range of roles using different talent acquisition tools and techniques
- Represent our brand externally, making sure you tell our story and vision!
- Partner with hiring managers
- Provide insights to stakeholders on the market and advise on how to attract the best talent to company
