We are looking for a seasoned Business Analyst to join our client's team, with a focus on driving digital transformation projects. You will be playing a key role in shaping business processes and systems using the ServiceNow platform, acting as the bridge between our academic / administrative units and IT.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Understand Business Needs : Collect and analyze requirements, lead workshops, and document specifications.
  • Design and Deliver Solutions : Develop ServiceNow-based solutions aligned with institutional goals; manage implementation and customization.
  • Engage Stakeholders : Act as a bridge between technical teams and departments; ensure clear communication and reporting.
  • Optimize Processes : Redesign workflows for efficiency and sustainability within the platform.
  • Leverage Data : Create dashboards, monitor KPIs, and support data-informed decision-making.
  • Ensure Quality : Oversee testing procedures to validate business requirements.
  • Promote Knowledge Sharing : Encourage collaboration and stay current with industry trends and platform updates

Core Competencies & Skills :

  • Strong analytical mindset with a passion for problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and French (written and verbal).
  • Ability to think strategically and develop effective business solutions.
  • Proficiency with business analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Visio) and methodologies (Agile).
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow is a strong asset; basic knowledge of WordPress is a plus.
