Key Responsibilities
- Assist German-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat with inquiries and issues
- Effectively listen to client concerns and deliver appropriate solutions
- Document customer interactions and ensure follow-up as necessary
- Work collaboratively with team members to enhance service delivery
- Keep up-to-date with company offerings, products, and policies
- Adhere to provided protocols and standards for customer interaction
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
- No prior experience needed; full training will be provided
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric focus
- Capability to manage high-pressure situations effectively
- Enthusiastic attitude towards learning and teamwork
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality service
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with support software
- Willingness to relocate to Greece
