You Are :

As the Sales Director - Germany & Netherlands for UST, you will have the exciting challenge of growing and expanding business within UST’s Semiconductor verticals with a key focus on the Automotive industry.

You will create new opportunities and close deals with new logos. In addition, you will manage a portfolio, lead C suite client relationships, up-selling within accounts ensuring client success while growing the client relationship.

The Opportunity :

  • Manage the full sales cycle with a revenue target - from origination, creating and closing new business logos through networking and connecting with senior executives to offer UST semi-conductor offerings in Germany and Netherlands region
  • Create a Go-To-Market strategy for the region
  • Leverage Sales support, and ensure clear GTM messaging across accounts
  • Ensure strong client relationships, CSAT, business value realisation
  • Set client expectations around the value UST will deliver and manage the team to exceed those expectations

What you need :

  • At least 10 years of experience in a new business sales / business development role
  • A hunting attitude to sales with a consultative approach
  • A track record in closing successful sales deals and generating revenues consistently to grow a region
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client relationship building skills.
  • Strong leadership skills and demonstrated capabilities of being a thought leader and thriving in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment.
  • A proven record of building and maintaining long-term relationships at senior (CXO and CXO-1) levels. You’re comfortable presenting to C-level executives, and senior business and technology leaders because you know you are persuasive and influential.
