Retail Operations Specialist (m / f / d)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Coordinate and support all operational aspects of new store openings across Europe, including hardware setup (POS, printers, network) in collaboration with Group IT.
• Ensure stores are operationally ready before opening — tools, routines, supplies, and training in place.
• Act as the go-to contact for store teams on operational updates, escalations, and process rollouts.
• Manage non-merchandise supply coordination and ensure timely delivery and stock availability.
• Provide on-site support and training during openings and transitions; reinforce best practices.
• Collaborate with Retail Operations Managers and Area Managers to align on needs and improve processes across markets.
