Ihre Aufgaben :

• Overall responsibility for market expansion and sales success
• Disciplinary leadership, coaching and further development of the internal team and external partners
• Dynamic adaptation of sales strategies to the prevailing requirements of the market
• Definition and implementation of the sales strategy to achieve the sales targets
• Early identification of job opportunities and their consistent processing
• Independent support and further development of selected, well-known key customers, expansion of business relationships and acquisition of new projects
• Conducting negotiations in a national and international environment
• Sales controlling and preparation of sales budget
• Exchange with the sales organizations of the BMZ GroupDirect reporting line to the management
