Job Summary :

We are seeking a dynamic professional to join GigaDevice in Munich, Germany. This dual-role position combines the responsibilities of an Inside Sales Representative and Customer Project Manager to support our growing customer base in Europe. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, project management, and cross-cultural communication, ideally as part of an internal transfer within GigaDevice.

Key Responsibilities :

Inside Sales Representative Duties :

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers in the European market.
• Manage customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and handle order processing.
• Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for internal review.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to achieve revenue and market penetration goals.
• Gathering and following up on customer requests such as lead times and customer questionnaires.
• Support company internal contract negotiation and execution as well as customer communication.

Customer Project Management Duties :

Collaborate with supply chain on bottlenecks and communicate to customer on a timely manner.
