Legal Counsel (m / f / d)

Risk Management

• Provide German law advice to business departments
• Review and advice on : lending documentation, product-related questions and day-to-day requests from business stakeholders
• Analyse and advise the business areas on all relevant German / EU regulatory matters and ensuring that contracts remain in compliance with applicable law and regulation
• Liaise with outside counsel as well as with other lawyers of the Group
• Review, draft and negotiate Supplier agreements
• Advice the business on legal matters of Civil Law and Banking Supervisory Law
• Keep abreast of legislative changes that may affect the Bank
• Identify legal and regulatory developments and inform internal stakeholders
• Raise internal awareness on regulatory risks and develop and provide relevant trainings
