Marketing is at the core of HOLYs growth engine and Poland is our newest market to launch. With a strong revenue base and a cult-like community of creators and customers were doubling down on influencer marketing and localized content to drive our next phase of hypergrowth!

This Content Creator role is pivotal in growing the Polish Market through WILD content.

Youll become the face of HOLY in Poland conceptualizing filming and producing engaging content that resonates deeply with the Polish Squad (our customers). This is THE POSITION when it comes to social media content creation in the Polish market: creative freedom full ownership and the chance to set the tone for how HOLY shows up in a new country.

Disclaimer: To successfully apply for this role youll need to be based in Berlin (Hybrid) giving you access to our insane office (The HOLY Temple) complete with an in-house recording studio and all the creative tools youll ever need.

Responsibilities:

• Develop creative concepts and strategic messagingfor paid ads and organic content tailored to the Polish market.
• Writecompelling video scripts and copythat align with HOLYs brand voice while resonating with Polish cultural nuances.
• Execute full video production fromconcept through recording to final delivery often taking the stage in front of the camera.
• Edit organic and paid video contentusingAdobe Premiere Pro crafting emotionally engaging stories in HOLYs signature style.
• Optimize contentfor platform-specific requirements (TikTok Instagram Reels YouTube Meta Ads).
• Analyze content performanceand iterate based ondata insightsto improve engagement and conversion rates.

• Native Polish speaker with excellent writing skills and a sharp understanding of Polish culture humor and local trends.
• Comfortable in front of the camera eager to take the spotlight in organic and paid videos becoming the face of HOLY in Poland.
• Deep knowledge ofInstagram TikTok and YouTube formats and a keen eye for whats trending in Polish social media.
• Expert in Adobe Premiere Pro confident in editing color grading sound design and motion graphics.
• Strong storytelling and copywriting skills able to craft scroll-stopping narratives that engage entertain and convert.

2. First Interview with Lutza:If your video matches our vibe well set up a first interview with Lutza our Talent Partner to talk about HOLY and the position and see if our expectations align.
3. Hiring Manager interview with Piotr:We will dive a bit deeper into your experience and details of the role.
4. Case study & on-site interview: As soon as you have successfully completed the first interviews you will receive a case a meeting at our office the team will discuss your case study with you and answer questions about our workspace the HOLY Temple.
5. Interview with Matze:As a strong cultural fit is important to us you will have a final meeting with Matze one of our HOLY Founders. This gives both you and us the opportunity for a final check.
6. Job offer and decision:If everything goes well you will receive an offer and we are ready to embark you this journey together with you!
