YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
PMO :
Project management for various topics such as website management, sales force monitoring for completeness / qualityCreating, tracking and documenting project plans, calendars, processes, progress and deviationsCoordinating regular sales and marketing reports across all functionsSupporting team leadership :
Maintaining budget status and preparing regular reportsCoordinating, performing and supporting the team's administrative tasksSupporting organizational changesOrganizing team activities such as preparing team workshops, etc.Creating presentations, preparing analyses for sales campaigns, customer eventsPreparation, coordination, participation and documentation of meetings and events with customersSupporting the Head of Sales and Marketing (HoD) :
Planning and implementation of team activitiesEnsuring timely and quality delivery of deliverables to the Head of Sales & Marketing (reviewing format and content)Creating presentations, decision matrices and analysis for topics directly led by the Head of Sales & MarketingProject management for initiatives advised by the Head of Sales & MarketingMUST-HAVES
Completed 3-year university degree in business administration or sales and marketingProject managementSeveral years of experience in marketing and salesProfessional competence :
Very good knowledge of MS Office applications (in particular MS Project, PowerPoint), SAP, fluent in written and spoken German and EnglishMethodological skills :Analytical and interdisciplinary thinking, organizational talent, solution orientationProfessional competence :
