From 01.01.2026, a full-time week with us will be 35h.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

PMO :

  • Project management for various topics such as website management, sales force monitoring for completeness / quality
  • Creating, tracking and documenting project plans, calendars, processes, progress and deviations
  • Coordinating regular sales and marketing reports across all functions
  • Supporting team leadership :

  • Maintaining budget status and preparing regular reports
  • Coordinating, performing and supporting the team's administrative tasks
  • Supporting organizational changes
  • Organizing team activities such as preparing team workshops, etc.
  • Creating presentations, preparing analyses for sales campaigns, customer events
  • Preparation, coordination, participation and documentation of meetings and events with customers
  • Supporting the Head of Sales and Marketing (HoD) :

  • Planning and implementation of team activities
  • Ensuring timely and quality delivery of deliverables to the Head of Sales & Marketing (reviewing format and content)
  • Creating presentations, decision matrices and analysis for topics directly led by the Head of Sales & Marketing
  • Project management for initiatives advised by the Head of Sales & Marketing
  • MUST-HAVES

  • Completed 3-year university degree in business administration or sales and marketing
  • Project management
  • Several years of experience in marketing and sales
  • Professional competence :

  • Very good knowledge of MS Office applications (in particular MS Project, PowerPoint), SAP, fluent in written and spoken German and English
  • Methodological skills :
  • Analytical and interdisciplinary thinking, organizational talent, solution orientation
  • Professional competence :

  • Very good knowledge of MS Office applications (especially MS Project, PowerPoint), SAP, confident in written and spoken German and English

  • You must meet the requirements for a valid background check (ZÜP) in accordance with Section 7 of the German Aviation Security Act (LuftSiG). If you do not have a valid German background check or security check, this will be applied for together during the application process.
