About CloudEatery :

CloudEatery is a fast-growing Food Tech scale-up specializing in the licensing of delivery food brands. Through our innovative technological platforms and automated processes, we enable professional kitchen operators including restaurants, hotels, and canteens to better utilize their spaces and increase profitability by leveraging our delivery brands.

Your Responsibilities :

• Technology Coordination : You will be responsible for managing and coordinating all technology processes, ensuring smooth operation and continuous improvement of our platforms and tools.
• Integration of External Platforms : You will oversee the integration of various external delivery platforms and software tools into the CloudEatery tech platform, ensuring seamless operations and optimal connectivity.
• Make-or-Buy Decisions : You will make informed decisions on whether to develop technologies in-house or to purchase third-party solutions, with a focus on long-term scalability and efficiency.
• Team Coordination : You will lead and coordinate international development teams, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently and aligned with the company's technological goals.
• Consulting and Strategic Guidance : As a trusted advisor, you will support the executive team by providing technical insights and recommendations on strategic decisions, including future technology directions and innovations.
• System Architecture Design : You will design scalable, reliable, and efficient system architectures, ensuring that they meet both current operational needs and future business growth.
• Technology Roadmap : Develop and maintain the technology roadmap to align with CloudEatery's business objectives, ensuring that all tech developments contribute to the company's strategic growth plans.
• Process Optimization : Continuously assess and optimize the performance of our tech tools and processes, ensuring operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Risk Management : Identify and mitigate technology-related risks, ensuring data security, scalability, and high performance across all platforms.

Your Profile :

• Proven experience as a Technical Lead, Solution Architect, or in a similar role, ideally within the food tech, SaaS, or e-commerce industries.
• Strong background in systems integration, including experience with APIs and third-party platform integrations.
• Hands-on experience in cloud platforms, particularly with AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
• Experience in leading and managing distributed development teams.
• Strong understanding of system architecture, with the ability to design scalable and efficient systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to balance short-term needs with long-term scalability.
• Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, including non-technical stakeholders.
