The construction of data centers is essential to support digital growth, ensure global connectivity, and enable the development of innovative technologies, making data centers a major societal challenge.

The Project

As part of data center construction projects, we are looking for a Site Manager, in multi-trade and finishing works, on the Client / Owner side.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily progress of on-site work (coordination, schedule monitoring, workforce control).
• Manage internal teams and supervise subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards and safety regulations.
• Guarantee the technical compliance of works (civil engineering, HVAC, electrical, and finishing works).
• Participate in progress meetings and provide regular reporting to the project owner.
• Coordinate interventions and ensure smooth collaboration with the site team.

Required Skills

Expérience : 3 ans minimum

Dîplôme : BAC +2 / 3 minimum
