We would like to complete our SAP team and are looking for an SAP Inhouse Consultant HCM (m / f / d) who would like to contribute this (m / f / d) knowledge and expertise to international SAP projects and optimize our HR IT landscape at KWS Group.
This position is permanent and on a full-time basis. The place of work is Berlin. Hybrid work is possible.
Your New Tasks and Projects :
- Steering and commissioning of all activities in the SAP HR + Travel Management environment (ECC6, Success Factors, Concur).
- Technical digitalization, optimization and standardization of global HR processes
- Optimization of the HR IT landscape
- Collaboration in SAP projects
- Participation in SAP user support for the KWS Group
- Implementation of customizing activities
- Management of external consultants
- Creation of guidelines and documentation
Your Profile :
Completed studies in (business) informatics or a comparable qualification.Profound knowledge of processes and modules in SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, ConcurPractical experience in the implementation and support of SAP HR systemsVery good project management skillsExcellent customer orientation as well as a self-dependent and structured way of workingIntercultural competence as well as very good communication skills in German & English (written and spoken)Our Offer to You :
