Requirements

Ideally, you have completed a degree in sustainability management, environmental sciences, business administration or a comparable field, preferably with a textile background.
Accordingly, you have professional experience in the field of ESG reporting, sustainability management or project management.
Basic knowledge of ESG standards (CSRD, NFRD, EU taxonomy
You have the ability to familiarize yourself independently and quickly with new subject areas
Persuasiveness and negotiating skills
Fluent written and spoken German and English

Tasks & Responsibilities

Advising and supporting management in setting strategic ESG goals and measures

Implementation and further development of the requirements of international and national standards (CSRD, SBTi, BEPI, BSCI, etc.)

Introduction and implementation of sustainability measures

Management of cross-departmental projects to promote sustainability (e.g. environmental management, sustainable product development).

Collection and analysis of ESG data to determine relevant key figures and reporting according to international standards (e.g. CSRD, EU taxonomy).

Support and preparation of audits by relevant certification bodies

Promotion of internal and external sustainability communication.

Representation of the company in relevant networks and at industry events.

Determination of requirements, scheduling and procurement processing (national / international)

Preparation of inquiries and offer comparisons as well as negotiation of price and contract conditions

Monitoring of delivery dates and internal coordination with the departments concerned

Support of the supply chain / search for alternative sources of supply
