Role Details : Account Executive (DACH Market)

Job Title : Account Executive

Location : Berlin, Germany ( 100% on-site )

Team Size : 13 colleagues in the AE DACH team

Base Salary : €47,000 - €60,000 / year

Bonus : €20,000 - €25,000 (uncapped with overachievement potential)

Languages : Fluent German (C2) + English proficiency

Key Responsibilities

Build and manage customer relationships in the DACH region.

Drive new business through cold calling & lead generation .

Own the full sales cycle – from prospecting to closing deals.

Collaborate with internal teams such as Procurement, Logistics, and Customer Success.

Exceed sales targets with uncapped earning potential .

Who We're Looking For

Must-Haves :

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Experience in B2B sales & cold calling .
  • High ambition, resilience, and motivation .
  • Fluent German (C2) + English proficiency .

Nice-to-Haves :

Experience in account management, startups, or construction-related industries.

Personality Fit

Results-driven and self-motivated.

High energy, ambitious, and not afraid to hustle.

Willing to pick up the phone and make things happen .
