Missions :

You will lead the production & post-production of best-in-class social-first video content. As the driving force behind our social media video content, you'll play a vital role in showcasing our concert hall through engaging content that inspires and entertains our audience – both musical connoisseurs and cultural explorers
As a Motion Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the visual and interactive aspects of all our digital content
Your responsibilities will span creative pre-production, filming, editing and post-production, ensuring all content is on-brand, high-quality, and aligned with our creative vision

Profil :

Proven track record in producing high-quality video content for social media platforms (3+ years)

Excellent knowledge of the full Adobe suite is a requirement (PremierePro, After Effects, Audition, Photoshop, Illustrator etc.) as well as knowledge of color grading and handling of various video formats

Knowledge of the operation of mirrorless cameras (Lumix GH5 / 7), microphones and lights, as well as the basic principles of interview set-ups, framing and video editing.

Proactive with exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail

Strong communication skills to manage internal teams, stakeholders and artists

Excellent time management skills

Creative and imaginative, independent and proactive

Proficiency in French and English, knowledge of German and Luxembourgish is a plus

Musical background would be considered a valuable asset.
