Business Development Manager - Ergonomic Workplace Solutions
Title : Business Development Manager - Ergonomic Workplace Solutions
Location : South East Germany
Package : €60,000 + €25,000 Bonus (paid monthly, quarterly and annually) + company car
Responsibilities :
- Driving sales for an international leading designer and manufacturer of ergonomic products promoting health and comfort in the workplace (award-winning office products known for performance and simplicity)
- Responsible for identifying, pursuing, and securing new business in Southeast Germany, focus on generating leads within the A&D community and design / build industry, as well as the distribution channel
- Training dealer partners on ergonomics and leveraging knowledge for product sales
- Reporting directly to Regional Manager, DACH
- Focus on sustainability with numerous products certified as having a positive impact on the environment
- Strong sales background with ability to generate leads and achieve revenue goals
- Must attend regular sales team meetings in Nuremberg and Frankfurt
Requirements :
- 2+ years proven interiors / decorative products sales experience
- Motivated, hunter mentality, on the up in their career, stable career background, no journeymen
- Willing to consider people working in internal sales or showroom sales looking to make a step into the field
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or communications preferred
- Ability for regional travel
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Must have a valid German driver's license
