Product specialist (m / f / d) management systems - Achern

The following challenges await you

Our security solutions consist of many components - from fire detectors to video surveillance and access control. Your job is to bring all these systems together in a central management system and ensure that they work together perfectly. You are the professional when it comes to supporting, configuring and further developing our management system. If problems occur, you analyze them technically, find the cause and ensure that our customers are reliably protected. You will constantly move between technology, project work and customer contact. Sometimes you support sales with questions, sometimes you work directly on site with the customer - and often you are the interface that brings everything together.

Your tasks :

Support & consulting for customers and internal contacts from sales and technology
Support & further development of our management systems
Technical analysis & troubleshooting - you recognize problems quickly and find solutions
Support with the commissioning & configuration of new systems as part of projects

This is important to us

Completed training in electrical engineering or IT - ideally with a technical focus.

You can understand complex systems, recognize correlations and develop solutions independently.

You get to the heart of the matter and enjoy working with different departments.

You have a very good command of German and, as a bonus, a good command of English
