Recently, ODYN GmbH joined forces with Uplift Desk , a leading American office furniture company, to strengthen its gaming portfolio and expand its operations to Europe in 2025.

Your Responsibilities
- Strategic Performance Optimization : Develop and implement data-driven performance marketing strategies aligned with business goals, continuously analyzing KPIs like conversion rate and ROAS to refine tactics and maximize ROI.
- Multi-Channel Strategy Leadership : Spearhead performance marketing across platforms like Google, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Twitch, and Amazon, while innovating strategies to drive growth in both German and English-speaking markets.
- International Campaign Management : Oversee multi-country campaigns by tailoring approaches and messaging for local audiences, ensuring hands-on management of accounts and collaboration with external partners in key European markets.
- Creative Content Development : Work closely with the creative team and external agencies to produce compelling content that enhances campaign effectiveness and maintains brand alignment across all channels.
Your Profile
- You have 5+ years in performance marketing , preferably within e-commerce or related industries.
- You're not just about execution; you can see the bigger picture and develop strategies that propel the company forward.
- You're data-driven and also have a flair for creativity , crafting engaging campaigns that stand out.
- You excel at coordinating projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
- You're adept at navigating various advertising platforms , and at adjusting strategies to maximize effectiveness .
- You have experience managing campaigns across different countries, with an understanding of localization and cultural nuances.
- Fluency (C1 or better) in German and English is essential; additional European languages are a bonus.
