Serve as the primary contact for your external team, addressing their needs, organizing training sessions, and implementing measures to boost employee engagement and satisfaction.Scheduling & Planning
Manage personnel scheduling, ensuring optimal staffing levels while adapting flexibly to changing operational needs.Administrative Duties
Maintain applicant pools and personnel records, prepare employment contracts and HR documents, and generate regular reports on staffing and scheduling activities.Communication & Coordination
Collaborate closely with internal departments, leadership, and clients to build strong business relationships. Represent the company at public events and job fairs.Sales & Partnerships
