Strategic IT Project Manager (f/m/d)

YOUR TASKS :
- Design and execute strategic project plans to align with business goals and foster innovation in IT projects.
- Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery of high-impact IT projects.
- Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with IT projects to ensure successful outcomes.
- Track project progress, address deviations from the plan, and apply necessary adjustments.
- Provide clear and timely communication on project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders and senior management.
- Promote continuous improvement in project management practices to boost efficiency and quality.
YOUR PROFILE :
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager in the IT sector with a history of successfully delivering strategic IT projects.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven leadership and team management skills for guiding cross-functional project teams.
- In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques; familiarity with the Atlassian suite is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Additional qualifications such as a Master’s degree or certifications in PMP / PM2 / Prince II / Agile are a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English, German is a plus
