Intro What we do Innoloft is a young software company with an international team of 35 members that offers LoftOS. LoftOS is a no-code development platform enabling everyone to build web applications like networks, marketplaces or internal tools - without a single line of code. What we look for We are looking for a full-time (40h) customer success manager to join our team. As our customer success manager, you will help craft the company's scalable customer success strategies, build strong relationships with customers and collaborate internally to deliver a consistently excellent customer experience. Tasks Organization of onboarding sessions and support for new and existing clients Support in the creation of scalable, automated customer success formats Support in the aggregation of relevant customer success intelligence Gaining a deep understanding of our technology and being able to suggest solutions and best practices to our clients Building synergies among customers who have similar use cases Set up and run QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews) to align on customer goals and progress Requirements Degree in business, Communication, STEM or similar Highly communicative, open-minded and proactive working style Fluent English and German proficiency (must-have due to German-speaking customers) Ideally experience in working with and / or onboarding clients from the public sector (public economic development agencies) Experience in mid-scale companies Basic understanding of scalable customer success formats To succeed in this role, you should have relevant digital or advertising client experience and a demonstrated record of analyzing and optimizing processes.
