What will you be doing?
- Driving sales excellence by expanding the company’s presence in existing markets, such as BESS, and exploring new opportunities.
- Shaping and executing innovative sales strategies to drive revenue growth and cultivate sales pipelines.
- Conducting in-depth market research to uncover opportunities and assess customer needs and competitor strengths.
- Leading and mentoring the sales team with a servant leadership approach to foster growth and development.
- Collaborating closely with the executive team, Business Development, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to deliver impactful results.
Are you the ideal candidate?
Proven experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a SaaS, data-analytics, or high-growth start-up environment, or extensive expertise in battery systems or e-mobility.An established network in BESS or automotive OEMs to leverage for generating new opportunities.A hunter mindset, with a structured, entrepreneurial, and results-driven approach to sales.A team-oriented leader with strategic thinking and hands-on execution skills.Fluent in English, with strong communication and negotiation skills; German proficiency is a plus but not required.What’s in it for you?
