- Education : completed university studies in law economics HR management or a comparable subject
- Experience and Knowledge : Solid and fluid HR working experience (minimally 710 years) as well as leadership experience; proven track record in HR M&A and PMI projects; profound knowledge in compensation and benefits M&A / Divestment PMI or labor law preferably in several of these areas; profound knowledge of innovative HR instruments and practices and rich experience in different HR functions including international experience; excellent project management skills and experience as a project leader
- Personality and Working Practice : You bring a positive and inspiring transformation mindset to the HR and leadership teams with a strong sense of ownership and accountability a clear focus on driving impact and implementation goal orientation and a resultsdriven approach robust business acumen and a customercentric perspective as well as exceptional communication and intercultural skills that enable you to build relationships across hierarchies and diverse cultural contexts
- Languages : fluent written and spoken in German and English
