We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our client's expanding European team. This role is crucial in driving the company's growth across Europe.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in chemistry and extensive experience in the chemical industry sales.

This is a remote based anywhere in Germany

Key Responsibilities :

  • Promote the company's products to various industries
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and distributors
  • Conduct market analysis and research to expand the presence in the European market
  • Assist in formulating distributor cooperation strategies
  • Regular travel (up to 10+ days per month) to visit clients across Europe

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
  • Minimum 10 years of sales experience in the chemical industry
  • Strong chemistry background
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus
  • Experience covering multiple countries / regions in sales roles
  • History of working with a wide range of end customers
  • Willingness to travel (10+ days per month)
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite
