LeverX has an opportunity for an Sales Manager to focus on a revenue target for LeverX IT Services across industries in Germany.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone to leverage and grow his / her sales skills in the SAP IT Market. LeverX is a global IT partner with an established client base and strong international IT delivery capacity.

The primary purpose of the Sales Manager position is to support the Head of Business Development in sales and marketing activities and to achieve his / her overall net new revenue goal based on IT services.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field within the IT industry;
  • Knowledge of custom software development with the ability to cater to mid-size and enterprise companies;
  • Strong understanding of the IT outsourcing industry and market trends;
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the IT industry in the DACH region;
  • Strategic thinking and analytical skills to identify market opportunities and develop effective business strategies;
  • Experience or understanding of SAP business as a plus;
  • Languages : German - Native, English - Advanced.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute business development strategies for the DACH market;
  • Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients;
  • Prepare and present proposals, reports, and business plans to stakeholders;
  • Monitor market trends and competitors to adjust strategies accordingly.
