Key Responsibilities :

  • Customer Service Representative : Provide outstanding service to customers via phone email and chat. Address customer inquiries resolve issues and ensure a positive experience.
  • Content Moderator : Monitor and review usergenerated content across digital platforms ensuring it complies with company guidelines and community standards. Flag inappropriate content and take action when necessary.

Requirements :

  • Language Skills : German (C2 level) and intermediate English (B2 level).
  • Strong problemsolving skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service or content moderation is a plus but not mandatory.
  • EU Citizenship or Working VISA .
  • Willingness to relocate .
