ROLE SUMMARY
What are the key objectives and expectations from this role?
Within the Business Development department, the 3rd party management team plans, coordinates and monitors all trade marketing activities that are not implemented by BAT s own field force due to specific expertise and / or for capacity / cost reasons.
This diverse portfolio of services includes both : classic retail activities such as shelf adjustment, compliance checks, talon sales, implementation of secondary placements or the maintenance of BAT s digital communication tools as well as the management of shipping activities including remuneration and product returns and the management of BAT s call centres.
To support our team, we are looking for a parental leave replacement from 01.08.2024 31.01.2026 .
What is the direct impact of this role on the team or organization?
In this central interface function, you are primarily responsible for managing the glo & Vuse call centre.

ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for call centre and internal departments to clarify enquiries and queries about existing or new processes & activities
- Coordinate problem solving for glo & Vuse e-commerce challenges related to payment, order transmission and delivery to consumer
- Briefing and training of the call centre based on provided information by responsible department
- Planning, management and monitoring of outbound activities
- Optimisation of existing processes by analysing the current situation and define recommendations for action
- Permanent cost, performance and KPI tracking as well as regular performance review meetings with the agencies
- Cross-functional collaboration with the relevant stakeholders from Consumer Experience, Category, IT, Distribution, data protection and global quality
- Working with the global systems Salesforce’ (CRM) and Magento’ (online shop software)
- Communication in English with the global quality and IT team on system issues or product complaints and corresponding analyses
EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE
Experience Required
- Experience in trade marketing or sales management desirable
- Good knowledge of MS Office and good written and spoken English
- Native german

- Independent, responsible and well-structured way of working
- Negotiating skills with strong assertiveness towards external agencies and internal stakeholders
- Good analytical skills with an understanding of complex system and process interrelationships

Education / Qualifications / Certifications Required
- Completed commercial apprenticeship
