Join Our Team as a SAP S / 4HANA Basis Administrator

Location : Fulda (Minimum on-site presence : once a month; remote work possible)

Start Date : ASAP

Workload : Full-time (38.5 hours / week)

Languages : Fluent German and English

About the Role

Are you an experienced SAP Basis professional looking to take the next step in your career? We're seeking a SAP S / 4HANA Basis Administrator to play a key role in the coordination and management of a third-party hosting provider.

In this position, you’ll serve as a vital link between internal teams and external partners, ensuring the smooth performance, availability, and reliability of our SAP systems. If you're highly organized, technically strong, and enjoy working in dynamic environments, this opportunity is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administration, monitoring, and optimization of SAP systems (S / 4HANA ERP and SAP HCM)
  • Management and coordination of external hosting partners (must-have)
  • Planning and oversight of installations, upgrades, and patching activities
  • System performance monitoring and proactive issue resolution
  • Execution of system copies and migrations
  • Support of SAP Solution Manager and Fiori environments
  • Documentation and maintenance of technical manuals and procedures
  • Contribution to the continuous improvement of operational concepts

Your Profile

  • Degree in (Business) Informatics or a comparable field
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in SAP Basis administration
  • Proven experience managing and monitoring third-party hosting providers
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially in international environments
  • Proactive, flexible, and solution-oriented mindset
  • Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
