For our Luxury Fragrance Grouping with the brands Tom Ford Beauty, Balmain Paris, Jo Malone London, Editions de Parfums Frederic Malle, Le Labo and Kilian Paris we are looking for a Brand Director DACH management (m / f / d), who will be responsible for the continuous development and optimization of the brands for the DACH Region.
Your responsibilities :
Define, drive and execute the brand strategy for the DACH affiliate in line with the EMEA / Global strategy.
Accountability for reaching the key brand rankings and market share objectives.
Develop marketing and sales strategies to maximize sell-through according to market demand.
Definition of the brand’s go-to-market strategy across all channels.
Accountability for the brand consensus demand plan (12 rolling month plan) responsibility for complete and accurate sales drivers.
Oversee the appropriate implementation of brand identity tools.
Ensure operational effectiveness and strong collaboration with partners.
Lead the collaboration between the brand team, commercial team and digital commerce and marketing team to deliver the brand strategy with focusing on excellence in execution.
Cultivate strong relationships both with retailers and internally, particularly with the education department and extended teams, to ensure smooth operations, support future brand growth, and implement the ideal consumer journey locally.
Ensure the support of the commercial department for sell-in and sell-out and build strong relationships with local retailers.
Drive talent growth and development by providing leadership, guidance and management.
Motivate the team to deliver best-in-class business results.
Qualifications
Several years of marketing experience in a global company, preferably in the luxury, cosmetics or FMCG industry.
Several years of management experience with a focus on managing, coaching and developing employees.
Successful completion of a degree in business studies with a focus in marketing, economics or a related field.
Experience in all areas of brand management (trade, product, consumer marketing and merchandising), ideally in retail / counter management.
Experience of working in a complex, internationally operating company.
Very good understanding of the industry and a good network of distributors, retailers, advertising agencies and other business partners.
Experience in digital, social and traditional media.
Very good German and English language skills.
