TEMPORARY EMPLOYEE FOR SERVICE AFTER SALES (M / F / D)

in the department Service After Sales (SAS) for the Probat Service GmbH.

PROBAT Service GmbH Emmerich am Rhein (HQ)

Your tasks

Preparation of quotations

Communication with customers to transmit the prepared quotations

Preparation and compilation of the required customer documentations

Quotation tracking and corresponding labelling in AMS

Comparison of customer orders with the prepared quotations

Order conversion as required

If required, tracking deadlines and orders

Your profile :

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
• Experience in after sales or customer service is an advantage
• Routine handling of MS Office applications, particularly Excel
• Knowledge of an ERP system, preferably AMS++
• Organisational skills and enjoy working in a team-oriented environment
• Communication skills and customer orientation
