ABOUT THE ROLE :
We are looking for a (Senior) Marketing Operations Manager to join Talon.One as part of the Revenue Operations team. This newly created role will partner with our high performing, Berlin-based marketing team to help them improve the efficiency of their marketing activities. Reporting to the Senior Revenue Operations Lead in EMEA, this position will build upon the successful foundation laid by the Revenue Operations and Marketing teams and shape the long term strategy for Marketing Operations within the business.
ONCE YOU ARE HERE YOU WILL :
Manage and Advise on Projects
- Understand and translate business requirements into technical requirements
- Be a trusted partner and consultant to the Marketing department
Analyze and Report on Performance
Ensure data integrity across marketing systemsDevelop dashboards and reports (Salesforce, Looker, HubSpot) to monitor campaign performance, measure outcomes, identify trends, and provide actionable insights and recommendations to assist leadership with decision-makingEnsure Strong Governance and Oversight
Own and develop our martech stack : Salesforce, Hubspot, LeanData, Qualified, and others. Ensure our marketing technology stack supports overall marketing objectives; make recommendations to increase productivity or effectiveness.Identify problems and inefficiencies in current processes and workflows and propose new processes and procedures in order to make the marketing department more efficientWork closely with the legal team to ensure database management compliance with regulatory requirements (GDPR, CCPA etc.)Optimize and Operate Campaigns
Oversee the creation and setup of campaigns in platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Qualified, and others, including troubleshooting and resolving any data-related issues.Handle martech operations for webinars, virtual events, and content syndication activities, including platform setup, list imports, data cleaning, and data enrichment.Develop and manage marketing workflows and integrate them within the marketing ecosystem (Storyblok, GA4, Hubspot, Salesforce, Leandata, Slack, etc).Support marketing in enhancing their campaigns through audience segmentation, lead scoring, and lead nurturing.Document all operational processesWHAT WE NEED YOU TO BRING TO THE TABLE :
3 - 5 years in a Marketing Operations roleAdministrative fluency in our above-mentioned tech stackAdvanced Excel / Google Sheets knowledge; comfortable working with large data sets, pivot tables, and v-lookupsExperience with building Looker Dashboards is a plusStrong ability to report on and interpret marketing / demand generation conceptsExcellent analytical and communication skillsFamiliarity with the principles of a SaaS business model and customer lifecycle managementThrive in cross-functional teams and are a quick learnerExperience working in a startup a plus but not requiredWHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU :
