Your Responsibilities :

  • Lead and manage a team within the manufacturing department to achieve production goals while ensuring adherence to quality standards.
  • Foster a positive team environment by motivating team members and encouraging collaboration.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and performance of team members.
  • Monitor production processes and workflows, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to support employee development.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety within the team.
  • Actively participate in initiatives aimed at enhancing production efficiency and effectiveness.

Your Profile :

  • Completed technical or vocational training, with additional qualifications in management or leadership preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and familiar with production management software.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to challenges.
  • High level of adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Fluent in German and English; additional language skills are a plus.
  • A team-oriented individual with a strong commitment to achieving results and continuous improvement.
