We are looking to strengthen our team at the earliest possible date :
Deputy IT Manager (m / f / d)
Your area of responsibility :
- Participation in the strategic planning and implementation of the IT strategy
- Planning, managing and implementing IT projects, including resource and time planning
- Development and implementation of IT security concepts
- Support in the selection and implementation of specialist systems
- Monitoring and optimization of the existing IT infrastructure
- Creating and maintaining documentation on IT systems and projects
- Cost control and optimization of IT expenditure
- Organization and implementation of training courses for employees on the use of IT systems and applications and on IT security topics
- Close cooperation with other departments
- Interface between IT and external partners
- Contact person for all IT-related issues within the company
Our requirements :
Professional qualification :Completed studies in computer science, completed training as an IT specialist -System integration with appropriate further training or comparable qualification
Several years of experience in the IT sector, ideally in the support of entire IT landscapesIn-depth knowledge of network and server administration as well as open source technologiesSound knowledge of IT security standards and data protection regulationsExperience in the planning and implementation of IT projectsKnowledge of ERP systems (e.g. proALPHA) is an advantagePersonal qualification :Strong problem solving skills and analytical thinkingHigh self-motivation and willingness to take on responsibilityExcellent communication skillsAdaptability in a dynamic environment with changing requirementsEntrepreneurial thinking, coordination and organizational skills as well as the ability to work under pressure and in a teamAdditional qualification :Fluent written and spoken GermanVery good written and spoken English skillsExperience in the mechanical engineering or manufacturing industry an advantageAdditional IT certificates desirableWe offer :
