We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Embedded Software Engineer (f / m / d) to join our dynamic team based in Darmstadt. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects and contribute to the advancement of our industry-leading solutions.

Responsibilities :

Designing and developing software for advanced Machine Vision Solutions
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement software platform solutions
Evaluating and validating emerging embedded processor technologies
Coordinating with hardware development teams to ensure seamless integration
Leveraging your expertise in image processing for embedded systems
Implementing standardized software interfaces in alignment with industry best practices

Requirements :

Master's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a similar discipline

Proven experience in software development for embedded systems, with a focus on hardware-related aspects

Proficiency in programming languages such as C / C++ for embedded (Linux) operating systems

Additional knowledge in areas such as Linux Kernel Configuration or Development, Image Processing product development, or FPGA / Real-time software development is highly desirable

Familiarity with Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, V-Model, and Software Deployment practices

Strong commitment to producing high-quality software solutions that are readable, maintainable, and testable

Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken German and English
