About the product :

The product is a new online platform that allows users to search, compare and book cruises from various cruise line and are looking for you as a Go developer.

Your responsibilities include :

Further development of the high-performance Go application with gRPC and MySQL , ensuring high performance even with growing data volumes – you build it, you run it

Making architecture decisions collaboratively within the team, with everyone having the opportunity to actively shape the system’s design

Optimizing the release process and performance monitoring with OpenTelemetry )

Mentoring junior developers and working closely within the team

Taking on technical responsibility with opportunities for personal and professional growth

Requirements

What you bring :

Solid experience in development with Go, ideally with gRPC and MySQL

Knowledge in performance optimization , on-premise systems , and monitoring OpenTelemetry , ELK Stack )

Strong quality awareness , team spirit , and initiative

High willingness to learn and motivation

Fluent German skills (business-level proficiency)
